Instinct in Business

Business is not just using power and money to make it running but also we have something different to make our decision become more worth. It’s not simple think because what should we learn is coming from what we see in the animal world when the strongest and the best is the winner. In the jungle of competition there is always high pressure to make sure that our business can always survive even in the extreme situation. There is no excuse for every player to make mistake because a mistake can be a sign to business falling.

So what can we learn form the animal world? The biggest thing is learning about instinct of animal, how they can survive in the hard life. For example like me who decided since few years ago to jump in the property business especially focus in the Dallas real estate. It’s not easy to sell property even we offer with lower price and the demand is growing up. With our property in the magazine with bold word “Dallas Homes for Sale”, it is not enough to guarantee that our monthly target can be reached.

We need strong instinct to determine which property is suitable for some social level of people. We should understand our segment and deeply know how to choose our customer and match them with our property. May be some of my friend is just believe with the advertisement word in the magazine and news paper like “Cheap Dallas Homes for Sale” and waiting for the customer call him, but for me it’s can’t work because customer need to be served and we need them more than their need. Customer is King! So every day I try to train my instinct to make sure that I can work more efficient day by day and reach more income for better future.

Higher Income

Become a person with has high income is a dream for everybody, but make it come true is not an easy task. High income is only for high competence people, off course with high skill as well. If we see right now the demand of IT expert is on the top market demand, only some of peoples who can sit on that position because of their capability and skill which proved for several years.

Actually to get higher income is not 100% determined from the skill, but also determine of the market demand and job location. For example a person with medium skill can get a higher income due the number of demand is higher than the available of person or there is demand from company which the destination is in cloistered area like offshore or others restricted area.

Different country can be different income; this is because the minimum wage of every country is different depending on the capital income and life style level in every country. We can see there are so many people see this as an opportunity to get higher income especially for peoples from developed country and they have good skill in some knowledge. People with skill in IT look for the better position of jobs in Dubai as they knew that Dubai can gives them better income for better life. This is a big dream and not easy dream to make it come true because may be thousand peoples with the similar skill can apply those positions. It means the competition is running over the world to reach good income and good life for family.

IT Jobs in Dubai is only one of favorite jobs beside the oil and gas jobs. Both of them offer so many benefits for peoples who can come inside to this community. All of our dream can be come true if we know how to reach it with the existing opportunity. Now what can we do to reach all of those? Off course we have to upgrade our skill and make sure that we are have good capability to be an expert in our knowledge. If we see in every office or business center, there is always cleaning service team who maintain the quality of building and environment around. They always active to make their area is clean and keep in touch along working. What make me interest with cleaning service because they work as third party of building provider and most of building provider prefer to use another company, who expert on the cleaning service system, as a partner to maintain the building and environment.

If we see the real situation, it means cleaning service is not a small business anymore because the market is built with automatically and right now most of company needs this business. With this huge existing market and high market demand as well, we have huge opportunity as well to jump in the cleaning service. Have a cookware store is look like following our hobby an convert it to the money creator. People who love with cooking world will always like all stuff related with food and how to make process. They will prefer to open business that using their skill or knowledge to support their business. Cooking is like a simple activity but actually it’s really a complex situation when so many things should be blend at the right composition and the right time as well. Coming from cooking hobby, we can explore our knowledge of cookware to be something that useful like selling cookware to our friend or neighbor. This is can be a good start if we have a good commitment on this. We can give recommendation on some qualified product like cooper cookware from Ruffoni for example. We know that this product has a good quality and we can sell it with full confident. I am sure people will see our performance of cooking as reference on the product selling because people will believe to people who has a good skill on cooking than others people. If we already run the new business, it means we can work for two sources at the same time; as cooking master and cookware seller. I am sure we can happy with the income result. For expanding our selling we can request to be dealer of Ruffoni cookware if possible because I am sure the brand owner will happy if their dealer is coming from cooking master like us. Baby Store

My baby was born in the mid of February and we are still staying in the happiness situation. In the past when we were preparing for the born, we bought clothes, bath equipment, lotions and others baby equipments. Since that day I have another thought about another business like baby store. Actually I just looked on them with half of eye but finally when I saw with my own eyes I understood why people chosen this business.
I could predict the power of this business is coming from the statistic that every time people need something for the baby either for their self baby or as a gift for their family or friend.
At least we have prepared clothes, milk bottles, blender (after baby’s age is few months), baby walker and baby box. That’s just half of baby’s need since he was born and the rest is some small thing but should be exist everyday. Baby always need special things and treatment from his food, clothes washing until the room temperature. Baby can’t directly eat bread from toaster or drink cold water from refrigerator because it can effect on their mouth and the effect will be showed on their lips.
I had imagination if I own my shop I prefer to choose this business because I will predict the market will grown day by day as long as there are new baby born. This is like a simple thinking but actually need more deep research because market always request the cheaper product but with higher quality. That’s the challenge and if I have enough fund to build my store, I will prepare it and make my dream comes true.

In my experience when I calculated in some city, I only found few baby stores in every city and sometime I only saw single store in a city especially in small city. May be only few people who can read the opportunity or maybe there is another resistance form some aspect so only one or two store there are. From that short reason I am sure there is a big potential market that still sleeping and need a touch of business hand. As long as there are new babies born, the market still open wider. The business idea can come and go easy but if we already got the great feeling, may be the rest action is needed to make it come true. So how to get the best idea for starting our own business is? Here I give some source where the idea comes from:
• Our dream; it means we already have this dream since several times ago and now is the right time to make it come true. Usually this is the great source because we already know what will be our business in the future
• Our hobby; it means we come from our pleasure activity and then monetize it so it will be our good business. For example we have hobby to modify our car interior, so we open accessories store which offer audio, dash kits, wheel or power steering.
• Surprise moment; we can get good idea from one moment of our life. For example we saw an accident then suddenly we got idea how to prevent accident with something.
• Past experience; we can learn from past experience and then make improved something to make it better on the function or design then we an offer it to the market.
So from anywhere we got the idea, actually show us that we can explore our self more than our current condition to get better life in the future.

Fitness, a Need and Life Style

If we see in the cities, most of them have a fitness center at least one building. The owner I can say they can see the vision of the future business when people more care on their health of their body. I am sure most of the owners are familiar with the fitness or body building world because this business is really different with others business. This is combination between business, healthy, life style and hobby. This mixing is really blended inside the building when we see the activities of members and trainers during open hours. With the beat music they do their exercise under trainer’s advice and supported with modern equipments.
Besides that, from the owner side there are some offers of workout guideline like “Slim in 6 minutes” video, famous “10 Minute Trainer” video or some supplements for muscle. Off course these are just additional incomes if necessary even sometime we can see the big value of them.
In this period, there is another trend which uses fitness activity as a part to support the life style. Peoples go to gym to build and make their body become fit and add muscle as well. With the good body shape they will feel more confident in their life, not just for health only. Men and women play as member of gym and they start the new activity to get better healthy and more confident with their body and life. It means they are come to get double benefits or more and in other side the gym owner will fell happy if they can get more profits due the big number of gym member.
With the raising of number of gym, the owner should make improvement to achieve more on the customer satisfaction and survive in this business world. One of improvement, they always provide new equipments or workout program like P90X Workout Program which support modern equipment for optimum result of exercise. This improvement should be running and never stop if they want to exist in this competition because customer is the king and they can choose which one is prefer for them so what can we do is only always try to be the best there is!

Kitchen & Dinning Store

In my home town, there is a big store which selling most of kitchen and dinning equipment. Since I was kid, my mother always asked me to join her to go to this store. My mother bought some item that needed based on the order from her friends in the community. Yes actually my mother was selling all kitchen and dinning equipments and her clients allowed paying until ten months. Look like this is a small and simple business but actually there are something bigger hidden in the system. I don’t want to tell the long story about this but I want to focus on that store.
The store as I knew has big turn over a month, maybe until thousand dollars and I am sure the profit will follow bigger as well. What make me interest to the store, I found some benefit on these business.
• First this business has products which have low risk due the storing. This is because most of products are made from steel, glass, stainless steel or plastic for example toaster, microwave, plate and drinking glass
• The equipment for kitchen and dinning always needed for a family or either single person.
• The price will always rise due the material cost and manufacturing cost, it means we will get guarantee that we always get profit bigger and bigger.
Especially essential product like dinnerware, stay in the top selling and never worry about the selling because even it’s just plain stuff without any design, some client will still love and buy them for their collection. Actually they are will be timeless products and will be used forever until it’s broken or damage.
From above explanation, there is no reason to hold our investment on this business because the possibility always profit and profit without any disturbing of the weakness fund loss. Good luck!

Store and Workshop

I still have one dream to have my own business with real store near a shopping center and another small workshop which supply to some company for technical parts. In my imagination I can see clear the view of my store which can help people to complete their needs. Even not a big store but I think I can start with medium store with five or six employee as one team and has two teams in two working hour shift. My store will provide daily needs for everyone like cooking oil, washing soap, bath soap and some kinds of foods.
For me there is no big concern on the market or about store registration because we only need to spend few hundred dollars and we can get complete company registration. After then we are allowed to build our store.
For my small workshop, I need more attention how to start from beginning because I just aware that it’s a little bit difficult to get the license to build on this business. From the capital we should prepare the big sum of money and we have to make a clear data about the organization structure, capital, assets and employees. That all are main requirement to register a company and nobody can bargain it. Beside that we have to update information to government about our company status every single month until at least around one and half years. After I understand all of requirement before build a small workshop, I review again all of my power and capability and try to make a new company formation a global plan after it runs. Yes, at least plan for one year to make sure at least our workshop can survive at the beginning years.
I know this is a big dream and vision for me but I still believe with support from all of my family I will can build and make all of my dreams come true. At least in the next few years I can stay in the two worlds, as employee with fixed income plus as business owner which can possibility to reach unlimited income and open new job field for others people.
