Become popular company is not enough this time because needed important additional requirement from the global market. This is really serious point and day by day market requires the big proportion of this so they can accept and absorb the qualified product only. This point is about save environment and the purpose is using recycle material or something that not dangerous or destruct the environment.
We can see one of the biggest ideas to maintain our environment is saving water because water is really important for us. We talk about clean water that can be used for shower, bathing, room cleansing, etc. This issue can be used by some companies who have products of bathroom. Their big point is on the flush toilet which always consumes normally around 6 liters clean water. They always thought how to reduce the water consumption without reducing the existing good result. With the simple words; Save Water!
Since few years ago we founded that there is an improvement to make a dual flush toilet instead the conservation single flush toilet. They have some key on their promotion of new product like save water, save environment and save the money. That the great points that can be analyzed of everyone so global market can accept and absorb the new concept of flush toilet in their daily activity.
Right now we can see most of toilet using dual flush system which usually have consumption around 3-4.5 per flush, so we can see the water saving can reach until 50% that previous system and reduces the cost of toilet repair. Off course this is a good wind to start other improvements to save the environment. Actually markets in Europe and America already require every product to use the save material without any destruction of environment. Without this the product will not accepted by their market. Sp for every business player, this is the right time to make the green products for better market and better environment in the future.

Domain and Our Business

If we want to start our business expansion we need to enter the online market. This is a good choice because I can say there is no limit on the online market. No boundary limit, no time to travel and meet our business client in all countries and with lower cost to promote our business.
Most of online business players made their own website to introduce and promote their company and products to the global market so every one can see how big they are. Actually for they who have a fixed or stable business already choose their company name as the title of their website name. We call it domain, the replacement of company name in the global trading. They preferred use their own web hosting so they can handle and customize their need with their own power. But I have a question about the decision to use the domain name as their brand. Is your domain name can represent your company power?
This is very important because domain can build our company image in the global market and it mean supposed to be a domain name can be a great weapon or a worst boomerang for our business. I few can choose the match and good domain name we will can see the benefit that our company or products become more popular because every customer can get the easier name of our domain and they can access it.
So there are some points should be attended for choosing the great domain name like:
• As much as possible, use a short name
• Use the word that can represent our company power and capabilities
• Choose the simple name or familiar word if possible
• You can choose the domain name from your best or favorite product

I saw a news several days ago when there was a case about some big clients of some national banks lost their fund in the bank saving. When this case handled by police, they main cause of this case is there were some people who cheated during ATM transactions. Actually this was not the first time of criminal case but when there was a big lost of fund, some mass media give big attention on this case.
Skimming is a method of criminal to get the victim code of their ATM card and then take out their fund from the bank account. Usually this method is doing by some peoples with IT skill and their knowledge with how they will play with the bank account.
When I saw the evidence showed by police of white crime section, there are more than a set of equipment used like idle card, micro camera, laptop and skimming machine. They use some method to catch the victim’s card code like using hidden camera, put additional fake keyboard or put skimming machine as entry way cover.
After saw all of evidence, I was asking my self how easier some one doing a crime due simple to found the equipment like micro camera for hidden camera and skimming machine. We can found and buy from online seller with few hundreds dollars and use them for what we want.
Some peoples said needed a straight regulation to prevent this dangerous case with control the distribution of the equipments, but for me that’s not a simple way because the improvement of technology can’t be stopped due another function of equipment with more positive benefit more than for crime purpose.

My Homework

I have a problem with my existing molds in our company. This is a special case due this mold is made from aluminum and they are used to make special component of our product. These molds have special construction as well due the thickness of material and its durability to resist high pressure and extreme treatment of process.
Now almost half of these molds are damage in the cavity area due the process and this is a serious problem for us due the lower productivity. The damage cavity already got a good solution but we still have to prevent the same case we decide to find the best coating.
Some suppliers have a good experience with chrome trim but they don’t have experience with the mold coating, so they worry they will make us disappointed and we faced a big stone ahead. The main problem is a design of cavity which has so many small textures and could be difficult to be repaired when it’s broken.
Until right now we still no found the match supplier which can handle this so the possibility to improve the coating quality still got no result yet and the last information from my friend that he has reference a supplier which could handle my problem but he said that the lead time will be longer than ordinary treatment. Actually for us the lead time can be discussed as long as the treatment is really has good result, so I will wait our meeting next week to get final agreement from both of us. This is really a big homework for me and I hope I can finish this soon.

If we see more detail on the trading market, we can see that there are slightly moving on the trend of the way to trade. If around 20 years ago we are as seller prefer to sell our product to the real market and bring then offer them all to the customers, but right now we can see the way has changed because peoples and companies have short cut offer their product using internet so they will get some benefits in the same time; global market, easier on communication, shorter time to deal and higher product turn over.
As buyer we will get benefit as well because they can buy or shopping in front of their computer and if deal and pay the price, they will get their product in the few days. Off course this is a revolutionary way because seller and buyer can save their money due transportation and communication.
In other side everyone has a same right to be a seller or buyer and no need to found a real company to do transaction because what we need is only bank account, computer with internet connection and clear photo of product. We can offer our personal collection like old phone cell or buy a set of home theater from other country seller at the same time in the home.
Actually online shop becomes popular with their simple and flexible concept; so everyone can control their shop from every where and every time. With the technology innovation of smart phone the whole business world already in our hand. Now online shop already becomes a great way to promote the product to the worldwide market and not just local market like conventional promotion way.

To start a business, there are three important points; market, great idea and off course fund. Market is important due we have to sale our product and we have to make sure that our targeted market will absorb out products. The great idea as the main concept and then implemented into real product should be a soul of every step of production until received in the customer’s hand. In other side product should be an answer of customers need and make them satisfy. The last but the least is fund; that no business can running without fund. Most of new business players need the third party to support their new business and their first option is their favorite bank.
Bank always has a straight rule to protect their business and assets so this is main reason why they have high requirement for people who wants to get loan from them. People should have a good tracking financial report with all of bank; that’s the first and most important rule. If not they should make credit repair so their bad record will be erased from the bank system. This is not easy way but we can ask third party to help us on this case and usually they have a special trick to make our name become clean.
We have to choose the best bank for us, especially which can give us fix credit monthly payment so we can plan our financial. If finally we can get the loan, we have to maintain our relation with the bank to avoid negative feedback from them. If we always pay on time during our monthly payment and finally our loan is paid at all, may be there will be another offer from the bank to get another loan for our business expansion.
So actually there is no reason to get resistance from bank about loan if we have a good financial record before and we always can build our positive image not just for customer but also from our financial supporting.

The biggest problem of new business is how to survive in the wild market and uncontrolled situation from outside effect. This is the hardest examination for every business especially for small business which has very limitation in some points. Some peoples say if our business can run smoothly for at least five years, its means we already pass the first examination and can preparing for the next battle in the wild market.
We can take experience of some public business which growing faster than their competitors who have similar business, like Samsung, Apple or other famous companies. They have a good management system plus support fund from financial company so they become stronger and can survive although the hard crisis had come for few years. Both combination already max a good protection to defend from bad effect of global crisis, but if there is one point which become weak, they nightmare will come soon like happened in the most of bankrupt companies during global crisis. They have to make appointment for credit repairing with their financial supporting or reschedule again to get the lower of fix credit for next few years.
Beside management system and financial support, there is another key to make company always survive and its name is human resource capability. Human resource as the main brain of business supposed to be got good attention so everyone care with their do and what will be happened in their business in the future. People development can be the best way to improve company from the core inside so company has a good power to run the business and always survive what ever happened.
