We should have concept how to make big profits during our transaction with as low as possible in expenses. This is not easy concept due sometime we need to invest first on our property before we can sell it and our funding capability will determine the profit as well. How could?
In my opinion when we buy a property which base on the real situation, it has a good chance to be sold with higher price, we should doing something which can change this property become our profit source. Even the actual condition right now is in the standard condition but when we can give another touching on it, the price can be higher than other.
I learn from some buyers than they prefer a house with a space for garden or real garden already exist there than a full building house on the whole land. They need a green environment for their relax effect in their life, so from this I can take a key point that peoples will like to buy a house with garden around. May be adding some exteriors like arbors will be a plus point for the house. Not just arbor which can improve the price but also a real garden will make people fall in love with the house and make a deal for it. This is not a gossip or a fake but with garden on our land, the price of house will automatically increase higher. So for every property player, it’s really suggested to invest on the garden around the house and put garden arbors or others exteriors to make the situation become sweet and comfort to stay around.
