I still have one dream to have my own business with real store near a shopping center and another small workshop which supply to some company for technical parts. In my imagination I can see clear the view of my store which can help people to complete their needs. Even not a big store but I think I can start with medium store with five or six employee as one team and has two teams in two working hour shift. My store will provide daily needs for everyone like cooking oil, washing soap, bath soap and some kinds of foods.
For me there is no big concern on the market or about store registration because we only need to spend few hundred dollars and we can get complete company registration. After then we are allowed to build our store.
For my small workshop, I need more attention how to start from beginning because I just aware that it’s a little bit difficult to get the license to build on this business. From the capital we should prepare the big sum of money and we have to make a clear data about the organization structure, capital, assets and employees. That all are main requirement to register a company and nobody can bargain it. Beside that we have to update information to government about our company status every single month until at least around one and half years. After I understand all of requirement before build a small workshop, I review again all of my power and capability and try to make a new company formation a global plan after it runs. Yes, at least plan for one year to make sure at least our workshop can survive at the beginning years.
I know this is a big dream and vision for me but I still believe with support from all of my family I will can build and make all of my dreams come true. At least in the next few years I can stay in the two worlds, as employee with fixed income plus as business owner which can possibility to reach unlimited income and open new job field for others people.
