The biggest problem of new business is how to survive in the wild market and uncontrolled situation from outside effect. Both combination already max a good protection to defend from bad effect of global crisis, but if there is one point which become weak, they nightmare will come soon like happened in the most of bankrupt companies during global crisis. They have to make appointment for credit repairing with their financial supporting or reschedule again to get the lower of fix credit for next few years.
Beside management system and financial support, there is another key to make company always survive and its name is human resource capability. Human resource as the main brain of business supposed to be got good attention so everyone care with their do and what will be happened in their business in the future. People development can be the best way to improve company from the core inside so company has a good power to run the business and always survive what ever happened.
