A company is identical with profit center because its main target is getting profit as much as possible. But there is something behind all of success story in business that never free from society aspect. Peoples around company place can give big contribute of success even not in direct way. They are actually the employees of company who dedicated their life to get better life by working in the company.
In the suburban situation may be we can found when there is a new industry had found, there are some communities founded as well. This is like natural moment to balance every moment in the life. But if we see more detail inside the community, may be we will surprise when we know their condition because they are not 100% life like normally life. The majority of blue collar make them should be tighter on the financial management because if they miss their planning they could be in problem tomorrow.
This is what happened in the industry community and this could be a big effect to the company condition. Company can’t close their eyes anymore because if there is bad social effect happened, they will feel the risk as well. Company should have a program to support the community life as well like they support totally to company.
“Company Society Responsibility” is a real commitment from company to people around; even they are not its employee and the real action they can do something that really help them in real life. Education and healthy aspect can be touched first because both of them are potential points to improve others aspects in the next steps. Beside that there are some parties who can be asked as partner to support healthy programs like omega3.org with their product can improve the health quality.
