Woman in Business Career
If we talk about business around twenty years ago, may be we only found most of business players are men and if there are women could few persons. But if we see right now, we can found so many women as business players both as business owner or become career women. Off course this is a good sound because we can make a resume that women had doing something to increase their capability and the public opinion about them.
Like what have been done by NAPW which always takes some improvement steps so women can be stronger and stronger day by day. Actually this is a global movement and a good jumping because woman can get their equal career in the business world like what have men got until today.

Education is the most important key especially for women to improve their self to the higher level of career and business world. Without good capability women will never can stay in the hard competition because business is blind and it never sees your gender.
